We have some security fixes sitting on master for a while now. We've also
had another security report for some weeks that seems to resolve to not be
an issue, since we haven't heard back from the reporter from quite a while
now.
Maybe it's a good time to proceed with the release of 2.12.0.
I'd like to merge latest dependabot updates and maybe look at other PRs
that are waiting to be looked at, before proceeding with the release, but
that shouldn't take more than this week.
Anyone wanting anything else for 2.12.0, or feeling that there's rush with
the plan, please do tell so we can adjust the release timeframe.
