I'm not entirely sure what's going on here, but i managed to break it.
Trying to access a variety of 'default' pages, such as UnusedPages, etc.
The files exist within the wiki storage directory, however the browser says it
does not, why not make it. If i click on the link to make/edit the page, the
contents shows up in the edit panel.
If i just hit save (no edits), i'm back to, This page does not exist. Why don’t
you go and [create it|http://localhost:8080/JSPWiki/Edit.jsp?page=UnusedPages]?
If i hit edit and change the page, whitespace, etc, save, then the page renders
in viewing mode.
I've stepped through the code with the debugger and everything appears ok in
terms of finding and loading the file.
