ok looked into this. JSP wiki does not do any kind of SPI or registry pattern
type of capability that would enable the discovery of plugins to support the
auto complete suggestion menu.
If we want to enable SPI lookups or some other type of mechanism, i'd be happy
to support that but that's a fairly large requirements change for making new
plugins and should be coordinated with the rest of the community
