attaching a sample plugin and unit test.
This is related to bringing back the spider plugins, specially the iframe
plugin.
[\{org.apache.jspwiki.plugins.iframe.IFramePlugin url=https://www.weather.gov}]
url ends up equal to "https" only. Not sure which class parses out of the
plugin insertion and parameter parsing bits but if someone can point me in the
right direction, i'd be happy to take a look at it
