the WYSIWYG editor we have is showing it's age and needs to be updated. the
current version is v5 which looks to be significantly improved. Not sure how
much work it is to migrate to it.
It's also GPL licensed and thus not suitable for an Apache project.
I'll do some research to see if there's any other alternatives that might be
better supported and license compatible
