there's nothing by either name in the code base currently. Closest thing in the
snips that were hard coded in the wiki.snips.js for all the build in plugins.
This is now part of the api and is dynamically loadable at runtime. So i think
this is OBE. Reopen or comment back if i'm miss interpreting this but i think
the intent behind it now exists.
