JSPWIKI-1201 Clarify what a page provider does with the methods it does not use
The class Javadoc asked to leave the unused methods "do something useful". Say
what that means, based on what AbstractFileProvider does for getAllChangedSince,
getVersionHistory and deleteVersion.

> I'm kind of confused as what this means, fetched sept 2024, on the
> PageProvider java interface
>
> "You can build whatever page providers based on this, {*}just leave the
> unused methods do something useful.{*}"
> I have no idea what this means. For java interfaces, you have to implement
> them all. Does this imply that unused or unimplemented functions should throw
> an exception, return null or what?
