Checked in the code of master: nekohtml 2.1.3 is still the version in the root
pom. Pull request 548 (https://github.com/apache/jspwiki/pull/548) does not
move to a 3.x version of nekohtml but to htmlunit-neko 5.6.0, because, as the
pull request explains, org.codelibs:nekohtml is no longer maintained. It is not
merged yet; I am waiting for htmlunit-neko 5.7.0, which its maintainer said
will add limits against denial of service attacks. Leaving the issue open until
then.
