Checked master. The package org.apache.wiki.tags has 64 classes whose names end
in Tag, and the test sources of jspwiki-main have no test class in a tags
package. A test of a tag can be written with mocks of PageContext and
JspWriter, and with a mock of the parent tag when the tag needs one; I did that
for one tag in a separate change that is not published yet. Leaving the issue
open.
