Arturo Bernal commented on JSPWIKI-1034:
----------------------------------------
Checked in the code of master. The viewer, in behaviors/Viewer.js, has rules
for images, documents shown with an embedded Google viewer, maps, and several
video sites; it has no rule for audio files, and the only mention of audio is
the comment add some mp3/audio player here. So the scripts have no code that
starts or stops audio. What the browser does with a WAV file is decided by the
element that the viewer falls back to for an address that no rule matches,
which I did not trace, and I did not play a file. Leaving the issue open.
> AUDIO should not start playing immediately inside VIEWER or SLIMBOX

> %%viewer starts playing an AUDIO file (e.g. WAV file) immediately, when
> viewing the page. This happens both for attached WAV files as well as for
> AUDIO links.
>
> Wanted behaviour: audio starts playing only when the user presses the PLAY
> button.
