Read in the current master (3.0.1-SNAPSHOT), not run. I did not find code to
rename a single attachment. The only rename that touches attachments is the one
of a page: BasicAttachmentProvider renames the directory of the attachments
when the page is renamed (around line 577). Deleting an attachment from the
Page Info is possible, as written in 2008.
