Proposal to close. The report is about a wiki migrated from 2.2 to 2.10.1, it
has no steps to reproduce and the reporter did not answer when Alex asked in
November 2025 whether it is still an issue; Juan Pablo wrote that it can be
closed. I have not tried to reproduce it, and I do not know how an attachment
would get version -1 on 3.x. If nobody can give steps to reproduce it on 3.x in
the next weeks, I suggest closing it as Cannot Reproduce.
