Part of JSPWIKI-1325.
Add Portuguese (Portugal) (pt_PT) as a language of JSPWiki:
* the resource bundles CoreResources_pt_PT, templates/default_pt_PT and
plugin/PluginResources_pt_PT (about 700 strings),
* a jspwiki-wikipages module pt_PT with the 38 core wiki pages, listed in
jspwiki-wikipages/pom.xml and jspwiki-bom/pom.xml,
* its code in the LANGS list of TranslationsCheck and in the list of
WikiSyntaxConverter.
java TranslationsCheck pt_PT compares the keys of the bundles with the English
ones.
Please take this issue only if you speak Portuguese (Portugal), or if someone
who does can review the result.
