The UDDIv3 spec does not specify the names of the services, only the ports.
Then the client-side UDDI_Service.wsdl acts as the wrapper around these ports.
the juddi client should be using this. Right now we are hard coding the service
names in the juddi-client code, and we ran into naming issues before. I will
try to link this issue to ones users have brought up.
