Invoking UDDI endpoint from the juddi-client can be slow

Upon the creation of the UDDIService, it fetches both the
"www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd" and the
"www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core/xmldsig-core-schema.xsd"
over http which can be slow.
Solution is to change the schemalocation settings and to add these xsd's to the
uddi-ws.jar.
