Create a new sample application and incorporates a more advanced example of
performing an inquiry to a uddi registry that will give provide options for
authentication and a "find_endpoints" given a service name or key that returns
all matching endpoints, including access point useType resolution (another
binding template, hosting redirections, wsdl fetch and grab the endpoints, etc).
