'mvn clean install' from the trunk is not correctly copying files to
juddi-core-openjpa\src\main
The observed behavior is that the files are not overwritten when there is a
change and a manual delete of juddi-core-openjpa\src\main is required in ensure
that changes are made. It's probably a fault in one of the build scripts
