Kurt T Stam resolved JUDDI-612.
-------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
It actually is a great idea to attach the refresh from core to the 'clean'
phase of maven. This way a 'mvn clean' deletes and copy's things from the core
module, so it's ready to go in a fully consistent state. Fix applied
> Build 'clean' target does not remove the content in

> 'mvn clean install' from the trunk is not correctly copying files to
> juddi-core-openjpa\src\main
> The observed behavior is that the files are not overwritten when there is a
> change and a manual delete of juddi-core-openjpa\src\main is required in
> ensure that changes are made. It's probably a fault in one of the build
> scripts
