Add alternative authentication mechanisms
X2UDDI (WSDL/WADL, etc) ignore SSL errors,
client -> UDDI server ignore SSL errors.
we may also want to roll in settings for signature validation and
certificate verification into it. reference DigSigUtil
trust store overrides
