When creating tables, the following fails because the table name is too long
create table j3_signature_transform_data_value (
id number(19,0) not null,
content_bytes blob,
content_type varchar2(255 char),
signature_transform_key number(19,0) not null,
primary key (id)
);
create table j3_signature_transform_data_value (

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00972: identifier is too long
