Added test cases for catbag, identbag and tmodelinstance. There were several
failing test cases, therefore 3.1.5 had a number referential integrity bugs. In
addition, nearly all of the tck tests used tmodels that simply do not exist
(either created during the test runs or in the default install data). To
resolve this, I altered all of the test xml files
