I remember asking Kurt to fix it at some point, but it probably just slipped through the cracks. I just commited the fix so it should be fixed shortly. I'd suggest adding some kind of prominent link stating that it's now a TLP at the the following url, etc. This page isn't maintained any more, latest info please visit blah blah blah.
