Kurt T Stam resolved JUDDI-761.

Resolution: Won't Fix
The war should be kept container agnostic. We are pretty clear what to do to
configure a database:
http://juddi.apache.org/docs/3.x/userguide/html/chap-database_setup.html
Also we have the tomcat-distro to get going. We should point users to both
these things when this question comes up.
