jUDDI's incubation page has been modified to clearly indicating graduation from
the Incubator in March 2004. Outdated or broken links to jUDDI's web site,
mailing lists, source code and issue tracking to current locations. Assume
updates to the site happen on relatively frequent schedule (daily?).
