Hi Alex,

It looks like this *would* be set *if* pagination is needed (the listDesc 
reference is passed into the query engine). If all results are returned, then 
nothing is set. We should not need your code change. That said; if it's not 
working then there is a bug in the query engine. Does the spec say we always 
have to return the count values even if pagination is not used?
