I'm not sure what you're trying to do. jUDDI is basically a phone book for web 
services. If you want to add something to the registry, you can 
1) add it using the web user interface
2) invoke the jUDDI web services directly
3) write up your own tool to do so using the examples distributed with juddi 
4) use the CLI tool (once it's done)

Using those tools, you can either type in what you want to be in the registry, 
OR you can use the WSDL of the service you want to register to auto-populate 
the majority of the fields.
