Thanks Jun for observing that "All.Topics" does not uniquely identify all
topics' stats from stats for a topic called All.Topics.
Made a change so that the stats for all topics will look like
"AllTopicsMessagesPerSec", and those for a topic called AllTopics will look
like "AllTopics-MessagesPerSec". Same change for All.Brokers too.
