Unrelated to KAFKA-755, kafka.tools.{ExportZkOffsets, VerifyConsumerRebalance}
should break because we don't seem to have tested them for a while and there
has been an API change in ZkUtils.readDataMaybeNull.
Sriram, which tool did you verify to break?
