int joinGroupTimeoutMs = Math.max(rebalanceTimeoutMs, rebalanceTimeoutMs +
5000);
l think rebalanceTimeoutMs + 5000 is always greater than rebalanceTimeoutMs，It
would be better to write joinGroupTimeoutMs = rebalanceTimeoutMs + 5000。
