KAFKA-7883: PR needs review

Hello,

Can anybody review my PR <https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/11442> with
the fix for SetSchemaMetadata SMT in Kafka Connect? It was created 11 days
ago but I am still unable to find somebody who could review it.
