It sounds like I can completely block specific IPs with:
max.connections.per.ip.overrides=192.168.1.1:0
Or selectively allow only specific IP to connect with:
max.connections.per.ip=0
max.connections.per.ip.overrides=192.168.1.1:20
Not an objection, just checking my understanding of this feature.
