I have three things to contribute:
* Bug fix for console producer/consumers. I’ve created a PR.
* Two new serdes which can be understood from the PRs:

* https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/12699
The serdes change “org/apache/kafka/common/serialization” which are “public
interfaces”. Changes to public interfaces need a KIP. So I need to create KIPs.
