Many pub-sub systems allow a queue hierarchy. Where you can configure queues
with child-queues. Subscribing to a parent will get you messages from all the
child-queues.
It will be nice to have the same functionality for Kafka topics.
Down the line it may also make it easier to manage ACLs.
