Hi All, I've opened a new KIP-1149: Helm Chart for Apache Kafka<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-1149%3A+Helm+Chart+for+Apache+Kafka> with the proposal to have an official Helm chart to deploy Apache Kafka to Kubernetes.
The initial Jira ticket (KAFKA-6416<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-6416>) requesting this was created back in 2018, but now that the project has an official Docker container image it would now seem appropriate to have a matching Helm chart. There is a draft PR<https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/19249> in Github with an initial stab at defining the solution for this. I look forward to seeing the discussion on this. Regards, Stephen.
