When a topic which had been consumed in a share group is deleted, the output
from kafka-share-groups.sh --describe --offsets displays an empty table
consisting of only a header, rather than a more helpful message like "Share
group SG1 has no offset information.". The code works correctly, but the output
could be nicer.
