To build Docker images we first need to trigger the "Docker Build Test
Workflow" Action for both jvm and native, and if successful then trigger the
"Build and Push Release Candidate Docker Image" Action again for both jvm and
native. Then we need to check that the tags are on dockerhub.
All of these steps could be automated and run for example in another GitHub
Action.
