Thanks for the KIP!

I agree with everything stated so far.
In the KIP, we are deprecating the `isTimestamped` field and the associated
getter, but the `DslStoreFormat` enum only specifies `DEFAULT` and
`HEADERS`.
I'm assuming we are going to add some additional types to the
DslStoreFormat enum to include timestamped types?

Otherwise this looks good to me.
