This is the first task for KIP-1274: When KafkaConsumer starts using the
Classic rebalance protocol, log a recommendation to inform users about the new
Consumer rebalance protocol introduced with KIP-848 (GA in AK 4.0)
The rest of the changes for KIP-1274 will target AK 5.0 and 6.0 (change default
protocol, classic deprecation/removal)
As part of this task we should algo check the docs align (will create separate
Jira if needed)
