I am recently seeing more PR build failures, and the need to re-run CI
to get green builds for merging PRs.
It seems, in the last few weeks/months failure rate increased:

I would encourage everybody to start filing Jira ticket again, if you
see a PR build failing, so we can start to stabilize the test suit
again. Let's not delay this, to avoid that we slip back into into a bad
state.
