We already have the great `committer-tools/reviewers.py` to generate the list.
However, as a "highly efficient" (read: lazy) reviewer, I'm getting tired of
manually typing these names every time.
It would be a dream come true to have a tool that auto-fills the "possible"
reviewers into the PR description. That why, I can spend my limited energy on
reviewing the code, and just give the reviewer list a quick review before
merging.
