Hi all, We updated the KIP to include Coordinator Runtime configurations and the coordinator state transition validation paragraph. The latter covers the per-partition epoch fencing mechanism (leader epoch and state epoch) that complements the existing per-topic StateOffset fencing for lifecycle operations.
