We added new configs to the broker via
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-18652
We did not complete this feature for 4.4, and should remove the configs from
the broker code, before AK 4.4 ships.
There is no need to revert anything client side, but we of course need to make
sure that removing broker side configs does not break anything on the client.
