Whenever we switched to the new website, we broke the links to log compaction.
In topic configs, there are several links that point to
[https://kafka.apache.org/43/configuration/topic-configs/#compaction]
This is a link that just redirects to the topic-config page or when clicked in
text, does nothing.
The new location of information about log compaction is
[https://kafka.apache.org/43/design/design/#log-compaction-details]
