[PR] Add render image for render image with {version} [kafka-site]

   Add a Hugo image render hook that replaces `{version}` in Markdown image 
paths with the documentation page’s version. 
   This lets versioned documentation use the same image path pattern across 
releases.
   
   For example, 
   `![](/43/images/streams-stateful_operations.png)` to be 
`![](/{version}/images/streams-stateful_operations.png)`.
