{{topicService.createTopic}} is the helper of {{{}TopicCommand{}}}, but the
test {{TopicCommandTest}} prefers to use {{{}ClusterInstance#createTopic{}}},
which is a bit odd and *reduces* the test coverage.
We should revisit *the* following test cases:

# {{testCreateWithDefaultReplication}}
# {{testCreateWithDefaultPartitions}}
