On KAFKA-20870: that one is intentionally left without a fix version. It is still open and labelled needs-kip, the discussion on the thread has not settled on a direction yet. So I would rather not pull it into the 4.3.2 release notes. I will go through the other three and add the fix version where the ticket is actually resolved.
