ProducerBatch.split() assigns sequences to the split pieces with raw integer
addition. KAFKA-7693 fixed an overflow bug in the normal send path, but not in
this function. So when a producer's per-partition sequence is near 2^31 and a
batch straddling the wrap is rejected with MESSAGE_TOO_LARGE and split, one
piece receives a negative base sequence.
