No test exercises the retry/backoff path in NetworkClient#ensureBootstrapped().
DNS resolution failing one or more times and then succeeding within the
configured `bootstrap.resolve.timeout.ms budget`.
Existing tests only cover instant success (literal IP bootstrap addresses) or
permanent failure (BootstrapResolutionException after timeout).Add unit test
coverage for the recovery case.
