Injected HostResolver always throws UnknownHostException.
Call admin.close() while resolution is still pending (well before the timeout
elapses).
Verify close() returns promptly and the background bootstrap resolver thread
does not leak or hang.
this could follow the current pattern as ConcurrentListOffsetsRequestTest
