Bootstrap DNS resolution currently calls InetAddress/InetSocketAddress
directly, bypassing HostResolver, the abstraction NetworkClient already uses
elsewhere to make DNS behavior injectable in tests.
This is why the async bootstrap path is hard to test today. Proposed change:
route bootstrap resolution through HostResolver too, using the same injection
point already exposed by KafkaAdminClient. A local prototype confirms this
works, compiles cleanly, and passes the existing test suite. This unblocks
writing recovery/retry test coverage for the async bootstrap path.
